Post-purchase fit for apparel

See which products and sizes run small or large after shipping

Buyers tell you how the order fit once it has shipped. SizeEcho lines those answers up by product and size, so a size that keeps running small is easy to spot — without guessing from returns alone.

Self-serve on the Shopify App Store. No sales calls.

Leans too small

Too small is the common answer on this size.

  • Too small
  • True to size
  • Too big

How it works

One check-in after the order ships.

  1. 1

    Wait, then signal once

After fulfillment, SizeEcho waits the number of days you choose, then sends one event to Klaviyo for that order — even if the order had more than one fulfillment.

  2. 2

    Klaviyo asks the buyer

Your Flow emails a short fit check-in: too small, true to size, or too big. Optional reasons include tight, loose, short, long, narrow, or wide. SizeEcho does not email buyers itself.

  3. 3

    Read it by size

Answers show under Overview, Products, and Sizes. Use them to fix a size guide or the product description when the same size keeps coming back off.
